Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in Ireland. For an additional charge, we can ship anywhere in Europe and the World. 

Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days during the regular season in Ireland, 5 - 10 days for Mainland Europe. In November & December ,shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than €1000. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our studio. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and they must be unused and unmarked in any way. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately.

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
